You will lead the strategic vision for cloud infrastructure, data management, and security to support large-scale foundation model training. Reporting to the COO, you will build a high-performing team and implement robust security protocols. • Implement comprehensive security protocols and lead the organization through major compliance audits like ISO 27001 or SOC 2.
• Recruit, mentor, and manage a high-performing IT and infrastructure team to support global operations.

• 8+ years in IT with significant leadership experience scaling functions within fast-growing technology companies.
• Deep hands-on expertise in AWS cloud environments, infrastructure-as-code, and identity and access management.
• Proven track record of building corporate security programs and automating IT operations from scratch.
