Responsibilities

What you will do

  • Lead the end-to-end buildout of a new San Francisco headquarters, including lease negotiation, layout design, and project management.
  • Scale the organization from 7 to 25 employees within 12 months by building the recruiting, people ops, and HRIS functions from zero.
  • Architect and manage global grant disbursement systems and visa logistics for a rotating residency of 10-20 international entrepreneurs.
