What you will do
- Own and optimize the entire employee lifecycle including onboarding, payroll data flows, and performance management workflows.
- Act as the systems expert for HiBob and other People tech to drive automation, data integrity, and reporting.
- Manage compensation cycles, benefits administration, and salary benchmarking to ensure a competitive and fair reward structure.
Candidate profile
Who this is a fit for
- 5+ years of experience in People Operations, ideally within a fast-paced scale-up or tech environment.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets with strong analytical skills and experience managing HRIS platforms like HiBob.
- Proven ability to streamline complex processes and a solid understanding of UK employment law and compliance requirements.
