Responsibilities

What you will do

  • Source and discover new influencer talent, creators, and celebrities across multiple social platforms to build a robust pipeline for the DACH region.
  • Negotiate and deliver end-to-end campaign activations, ensuring all partnerships are commercially viable and aligned with performance KPIs.
  • Use data-driven insights to monitor campaign performance, optimizing outreach strategies to consistently exceed monthly sales and growth targets.
