What you will do
- Guide founders through critical early milestones including landing first customers, sharpening value propositions, and navigating the US competitive landscape.
- Orchestrate the 3-month Launch program and Demo Day, connecting founders with an exclusive network of tier-1 venture capital firms and angel investors.
- Build and cultivate a thriving SF alumni network and founder community to serve as a permanent support system for incoming global cohorts.
Candidate profile

- At least 3+ years of experience as a founder, early-stage startup employee, or venture investor with a deep understanding of fundraising mechanics.
- Proven "master connector" with an existing, active footprint in the San Francisco tech scene, hacker houses, and investor circles.
