What you will do
- Act as the first point of contact for troubleshooting hardware, software, and access issues via a dedicated ticketing system.
- Support the maintenance of cloud systems including M365 and G-Suite, alongside Windows Server and network infrastructure.
- Manage hardware lifecycles, including equipment setup, performance monitoring, and ensuring robust security and GDPR compliance.
