What you will do
- Lead a squad of 4-6 engineers and mentor them to foster a culture of technical excellence and continuous growth.
- Design and implement robust data pipelines and models using a modern stack including DBT, BigQuery, and Airflow.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and product managers to translate complex business priorities into reliable, self-serve data products.
Candidate profile
Who this is a fit for
- Has 7+ years of data or backend engineering experience with at least 2 years in a leadership or decision-making role.
- Is deeply experienced with modern data infrastructure including GCP/AWS, DBT, BigQuery, and Terraform.
