Lead Product Designer at Causa Prima

As the founding Lead Product Designer, you will define the visual and interaction language for an autonomous AI system that replaces traditional finance software. You will design complex interfaces that move beyond dashboards into agentic negotiation and real-time dispute resolution, shaping how humans interact with intelligent financial agents at scale.

• Design the end-to-face experience for autonomous AI agents that negotiate and resolve financial disputes across company boundaries.
• Create a cohesive context graph visualization that allows users to understand the "why" behind complex, automated financial decisions.
• Establish the foundational design culture, workflows, and UI component library for the entire Causa Prima ecosystem as it scales.

• Proven track record leading product design for complex enterprise SaaS or fintech platforms that handle high-stakes data workflows.
• Deep expertise in UX research and interaction design, with the ability to translate abstract AI concepts into intuitive user interfaces.
• Entrepreneurial mindset comfortable working in-person in Madrid or Munich to rapidly iterate on early-stage product prototypes.
