Working directly with the founders, you will bridge the gap between user research and technical implementation to create a legendary user experience.

• Execute and iterate on complex product flows, ensuring every interaction across the web and mobile ecosystem feels premium, intuitive, and trustworthy.
• Lead the end-to-end user research process, gathering insights and running prototypes to defend and refine critical design decisions.
• Act as the primary bridge between user needs and engineering, collaborating directly with Product Engineers in a PM-free, high-velocity environment.

• 6+ years of experience in high-growth startup environments (Series A–D) with a proven track record of shipping complex, system-led designs.
• Evidence-led practitioner who is comfortable conducting their own user research and translating raw data into elegant UX/UI solutions.
• Technically fluent in modern design and dev-alignment tools including Figma, ShadCN, Tailwind CSS, and Lucide to ensure seamless handoffs.

• Partnered with legendary agency Red Antler to define a world-class visual identity that you will now scale across a high-growth AI platform.
