Join a high-velocity team building the future of personalized medicine through a proprietary active learning architecture. As a Lead Engineer, you will own critical product features end-to-end, leveraging a serverless AWS stack and TypeScript to ship life-saving tools for medical teams and patients while navigating novel technical challenges in deep phenotyping.

• Architect and deploy type-safe, full-stack applications using TypeScript, React, and Angular across both clinical and patient-facing web environments.
• Lead the end-to-end delivery of complex product features, from initial conception through to production on AWS Lambda, DynamoDB, and SQS infrastructure.
• Optimize user experience and interface safety through disciplined version control, CI/CD practices, and dimensionality reduction at system interfaces.

• Possesses expert-level proficiency in TypeScript and the Node.js ecosystem with a pragmatic approach to technical debt and tool selection.
• Demonstrates a relentless track record of shipping production-grade software and navigating ambiguity to solve complex algorithmic problems from first principles.
• Exhibits deep hands-on expertise in serverless cloud architecture (AWS) and a drive to master new technologies to solve high-impact healthcare challenges.

• Work alongside an elite technical team including YC founders and Cambridge MB/PhDs who have built self-driving vehicles and acoustic deep learning systems.
• Ship at incredible speed on a highly scalable, zero-ops serverless architecture that handles thousands of medical channels and real-time patient data processing.
• Contribute to a mission-critical platform that predated the vertical AI craze, utilizing a 2021 patent on active reinforcement learning for clinical excellence.
