Responsibilities

What you will do

  • Design and execute lifecycle marketing strategies including email sequences, push notifications, and in-product messaging to drive agent engagement and retention.
  • Lead full-funnel homeowner acquisition by optimizing paid media across Google and Meta, launching landing pages, and running structured A/B tests.
  • Translate complex product updates into compelling narratives for newsletters and sales enablement materials while building robust data attribution reporting.

Candidate profile

Who this is a fit for

  • 4–8 years of experience in growth or product marketing with a proven track record in paid acquisition (Google Ads and Meta).
  • Highly analytical mindset comfortable navigating cohorts, funnels, and complex databases to translate data into actionable strategic decisions.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with previous experience in fast-paced startups or scale-ups, ideally within SaaS, marketplaces, or B2B2C sectors.
