Responsibilities
What you will do
- Build and maintain the data infrastructure for executive search, compensation datasets, and hiring priority lists across the portfolio.
- Provide high-impact sourcing and talent intelligence for priority leadership searches using advanced tools like The Swarm and Juicebox.
- Partner with internal product teams to experiment with and implement AI solutions that automate research and improve network dot-connecting.
