Responsibilities

What you will do

  • Architect and deploy multi-player AI agent systems that automate manual administrative tasks and streamline complex operational challenges.
  • Participate in "tiny talks" and live working sessions to pressure-test agentic workflows and share feedback with other elite operators.
  • Rebuild internal company workflows from the ground up, turning bloated manual processes into highly productive, automated systems.

Candidate profile

Who this is a fit for

  • Proven experience as a Chief of Staff, Biz Ops leader, or Program Manager at a high-growth Series A–D startup or major tech company.
  • Deep technical proficiency with AI tools and the ability to build agentic systems that significantly shift how an organization operates.
