P&L Lead at Fast-growing cross-border fintech

Are you a commercially-minded leader with a deep understanding of West African payment landscapes? We are looking for a P&L Lead to take full ownership of a flagship region for a high-growth fintech. Reporting directly to the COO, you will drive both B2C growth and B2B enterprise sales while managing complex FX economics and regional expansion. As the P&L Lead for West Africa, you will own the end-to-end strategy and execution for a critical regional business. Reporting to the COO, you will manage both B2B and B2C products, driving consumer growth and enterprise sales. This leadership role involves managing pricing, FX, unit economics, and building high-performing regional teams.

What you will do

  • Manage the end-to-end West Africa P&L, including pricing, FX spreads, and corridor-level profitability.
  • Drive consumer user acquisition and retention while spearheading B2B enterprise sales for payment infrastructure.
  • Build and lead a cross-functional regional team while managing relationships with banks and regulators.

Candidate profile

  • Proven experience running a P&L with end-to-end responsibility for revenue, costs, and growth.
  • Deep expertise in West African markets with professional fluency in both English and French.
  • Strong background in remittance or payment economics, including LTV, CAC, and float management.
