Operating as a product owner rather than a back-office administrator, you will design scalable workflows for a global, remote workforce, leveraging data and automation to drive high performance across multiple international jurisdictions.

Responsibilities

What you will do

  • Build and automate the entire People stack by optimizing HRIS workflows, payroll integrations, and self-service tooling to minimize manual administrative burden.
  • Design and execute data-driven recruitment strategies for a global workforce, introducing structured decision-making frameworks and technical assessment tools.
  • Partner with Finance and Exec teams to manage lightweight performance cycles, compensation benchmarking, and equity-linked incentive programs across diverse global regions.
