What you will do
- Manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle including onboarding, offboarding, benefits, and local payroll inputs for the Lithuania entity.
- Act as a compliance lead for Lithuanian employment law, overseeing work permits for expats and maintaining legal document updates.
- Optimize people analytics by maintaining HRIS data integrity and building automated dashboards to empower leadership decision-making.
