• Conduct deep-dive industry research and assess investment opportunities to provide a weekly sourced deal flow for the investment committee.
• Develop comprehensive investment committee memorandums and prepare detailed quarterly valuation materials for high-profile global institutional investors.
• Participate in company-specific due diligence and attend management meetings with target companies to evaluate operational and financial health.

• A penultimate/final year student or recent graduate in Finance, Economics, or Engineering with a consistent track record of high academic achievement.
• Proficient level in English plus two additional European languages (specifically Spanish, French, Italian, or German) to support cross-border European deal flow.
• Strong technical skills in financial modeling and Microsoft Office, combined with a self-starter attitude and previous experience in private equity or investment banking.
