Responsibilities
What you will do
- Design intuitive, AI-driven features and new user interfaces, ensuring high feature adoption and user satisfaction.
- Conduct user interviews, analyze usage data from tools like PostHog, and extract UX insights to drive product improvements.
- Maintain and evolve the existing design system, iterate on the customer onboarding journey, and define AI user experiences through chat-first interfaces.
