Quality Assurance Engineer at Letly - AI-native fintech

Join Letly as our first dedicated QA hire to build a world-class testing function from the ground up. You will own quality for a high-stakes platform that moves real money and guarantees rental income. Working directly with the CTO, you'll define the automation infrastructure and testing culture for an AI-driven product scaling rapidly.

• Own the end-to-end QA process including test planning, execution, and release sign-off for frontend flows, API integrations, and AI-generated outputs.
• Build and maintain scalable automated test suites using TypeScript, JavaScript, or Python to ensure robust coverage across the full stack.
• Partner with engineering and product to review user stories and acceptance criteria, defining the "done" state from a quality and reliability perspective.

• 2–4 years of experience in a QA or SDET role, preferably within a fast-moving startup or fintech environment where precision is critical.
• Technically proficient across the stack with the ability to meaningfully test APIs (NestJS), frontend applications (Angular), and backend services (Python/GKE).
• Proactive builder who has experience creating automated test suites from scratch and possesses strong opinions on quality standards and process efficiency.

• Founding QA role where you define the testing culture, select the tooling, and build the automation infrastructure from scratch rather than maintaining legacy systems.
