As the first Revenue Operations Manager, you will architect the foundational GTM engine for a rapidly scaling international platform. Reporting to the Head of Operations, you will own the end-to-end systems architecture, data hygiene, and automation roadmap, transforming complex multi-region workflows into a high-performance revenue machine that powers sustainable growth.

What you will do

  • Architect and own the CRM schema and GTM systems stack to ensure data integrity and scalable automation.
  • Build trusted datasets and SQL-driven dashboards to provide leadership with actionable insights on pipeline and churn.
  • Standardize the quote-to-cash process and cross-functional handoffs between Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Finance.

Candidate profile
