Join Aico's Market and Product Insight team to lead the launch of innovative Technology Enabled Care (TEC) products. You will serve as the internal expert on independent living and residential health, translating market intelligence into product roadmaps for a platform already protecting nearly one million UK homes with smart IoT sensors.

• Track UK health and social care policy to identify market shifts and maintain the evidence base for the HomeLINK TEC strategy.
• Convert complex market intelligence into actionable product and commercial recommendations that feed directly into the technical development roadmap.
• Represent Aico externally as a thought leader at industry events and in high-level meetings with policymakers and health care commissioners.

• 3-5 years of professional experience specifically within Technology Enabled Care (TEC), digital social care, health informatics, or related postgraduate research.
• Proven ability to distill complex regulatory or policy dynamics into clear, practical insights for product, sales, and customer success teams.
• Strong communicator comfortable presenting technical or health-related concepts to senior stakeholders and large audiences at industry-wide events.

• Influence the strategy of the UK’s fastest-growing smart home company as they move beyond fire safety into data-driven early intervention for elderly care.
• Work with a massive, unique dataset from nearly one million connected devices to address critical social issues like fuel poverty, damp, and respiratory health.
• Shape a brand-new specialist function within a market-leading organization, offering genuine autonomy to define how the sector adopts AI and connected home technology.
