As the first US-based Security Solutions Engineer, you will drive revenue by translating Maze's autonomous AI vulnerability management platform into business value for enterprise CISOs. You will own the technical sales cycle end-to-end, conducting high-impact demonstrations and managing proof-of-concepts to replace legacy scanners with tireless, human-like AI agents.

Responsibilities

What you will do

  • Lead technical sales engagements for enterprise prospects, serving as a trusted security advisor to CISOs and security operations leadership.
  • Execute and manage strategic Proof-of-Concept (POC) engagements with a target 50% conversion rate to demonstrate tangible ROI and security improvements.
  • Partner with product and engineering teams to translate field insights and customer requirements into the product roadmap for AI-driven vulnerability resolution.

Candidate profile

Who this is a fit for

  • Has 5+ years of experience in pre-sales solutions engineering specifically within cloud security, vulnerability management, or application security domains.
  • Possesses a deep understanding of enterprise security workflows and frameworks like NIST, ideally with prior experience as a security practitioner.
  • Demonstrates a proven track record of navigating complex enterprise sales cycles and communicating technical AI concepts to executive-level stakeholders.
