You will join a high-performing engineering squad to build real-time solutions for property management. Working with Python and Django, you will design microservices, optimize complex SQL queries, and develop data pipelines that power operations for 1.7 million properties globally. • Design, build, and maintain high-performance APIs and microservices using Python, Django, and PostgreSQL within a Kubernetes-orchestrated environment.
• Architect and optimize data pipelines and complex relational databases to ensure the platform remains responsive as it scales to millions of properties.
• Collaborate with product managers and cross-functional squads to translate sophisticated business requirements into clean, testable, and highly maintainable code.

• Has 5+ years of professional backend experience with strong computer science fundamentals in data structures, algorithms, and software design patterns.
• Demonstrates expert-level proficiency in relational database management, SQL optimization, and building scalable service-oriented architectures (Python/Django preferred).
• Possesses a "can-do" attitude with a passion for writing clean code and the communication skills to mentor junior engineers and document complex technical systems.
