What you will do
- Lead the design and implementation of AI-native architecture using Python (FastAPI/Django) and AWS services like Lambda, SQS, and EKS.
- Translate complex AI prototypes into secure, highly-available production microservices, owning the entire lifecycle from deployment to real-time inference.
- Mentor a team of 4-6 software engineers, establishing cultures of technical excellence, CI/CD, TDD, and rigorous observability using Prometheus and Grafana.
