Senior HubSpot Consultant at HubSpot Platinum Partner Agency

As the agency's first hire, you will own complex HubSpot implementations end-to-end. You will design data architectures, lead technical migrations from legacy systems, and build robust integrations with billing and operations tools. This high-impact role offers a direct path to senior leadership and potential partnership as you help scale the delivery team.

• Lead end-to-end CRM migrations from platforms like Salesforce and Pipedrive into HubSpot for diverse clients across SaaS and finance.
• Architect complex data models and manage cross-hub integrations with third-party billing, support, and marketing tools to ensure system synchronization.
• Serve as the primary technical consultant for clients, translating complex architectural decisions into actionable business insights for non-technical stakeholders.

• 3-5+ years of hands-on HubSpot experience with a proven track record of delivering complex, multi-hub CRM implementations and data migrations.
• Deep technical proficiency with data architecture, associations, and automation tools like Zapier or Make, preferably with HubSpot API or webhook knowledge.
• Strong client-facing communication skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced agency or consulting environment.
