Responsibilities

What you will do

Own the end-to-end deal lifecycle for 5-8 sell-side campaigns, driving transactions from client onboarding through to final negotiations and close.
Run systematic, data-driven buyer outreach campaigns and manage high-stakes relationships with strategic acquirers and private equity firms.
Act as the primary advisor for business owners in the building services and healthcare sectors, providing investment-bank-quality guidance during their most critical transitions.
