What you will do

  • Execute nationwide staffing strategies to ensure optimal event coverage while managing recruitment budgets and resource utilization.
  • Oversee high-volume recruitment and onboarding cycles, ensuring 100% compliance with health, safety, and legal requirements.
  • Act as the senior on-site lead during peak event seasons, managing performance, quality assurance, and real-time problem resolution.
