Senior Product Manager - Finance at Global Blockchain Infrastructure Startup

You will lead the design and development of a pioneering Tokenized Deposits platform, enabling major financial institutions to interact with on-chain assets. This role bridges the gap between traditional core banking infrastructure and decentralized settlement systems, translating complex bank-side realities into engineering inputs to deliver the next generation of 24/7 global asset settlement.

• Own the end-to-end strategy for tokenization products, making critical design calls on settlement models, reconciliation flows, and API specifications.
• Drive customer discovery by conducting deep-dive sessions with target banks and fintechs to validate product assumptions and ensure implementation readiness.
• Partner closely with engineering to translate banking operations like Reg CC holds and float management into robust on-chain logic and adapter interfaces.

• 5+ years of product experience at a commercial bank or core banking vendor such as Fiserv, FIS, Jack Henry, or Temenos.
• Deep technical knowledge of US deposit regulations and payment rails including ACH, Fedwire, RTP, FedNow, and SWIFT settlement practices.
• Strong architectural intuition with the ability to bridge conversations between bank technology architects and blockchain engineers building protocol modules.
