We need a hungry, high-energy salesperson to own the mid-market and enterprise health sectors and build our commercial engine from scratch.

Responsibilities

What you will do

  • Execute full-cycle B2B sales from self-generating pipeline to running demos and closing complex multi-stakeholder enterprise deals.
  • Navigate the UK care and health tech ecosystem to build relationships with care providers, staffing organisations, and health systems.
  • Partner directly with leadership to define sales strategies and build the commercial infrastructure for a rapidly scaling AI venture.

Candidate profile

Who this is a fit for

  • 3-6 years of experience in B2B SaaS or AI sales with a consistent track record of smashing high-value targets.
  • Previous experience in a startup environment as a founder, co-founder, or first commercial hire who thrives without a brand name.
  • High-energy, independent operator who is motivated by results and comfortable selling in a fast-paced, unscripted environment.
