Responsibilities
What you will do
- Execute full-cycle B2B sales from self-generating pipeline to running demos and closing complex multi-stakeholder enterprise deals.
- Navigate the UK care and health tech ecosystem to build relationships with care providers, staffing organisations, and health systems.
- Partner directly with leadership to define sales strategies and build the commercial infrastructure for a rapidly scaling AI venture.

- 3-6 years of experience in B2B SaaS or AI sales with a consistent track record of smashing high-value targets.
- Previous experience in a startup environment as a founder, co-founder, or first commercial hire who thrives without a brand name.
