• Design, conceptualize, and build product features from the ground up using Python, React, Next.js, and Temporal.
• Develop and optimize agentic workflows, implementing evals and leveraging LLM tools like Langgraph and Claude CLI to increase velocity.
• Collaborate directly with the founding team and early adopters to validate features and iterate rapidly based on real-world feedback.

• Has 2+ years of professional software engineering experience with a strong degree in CS, AI, Math, or Physics.
• Possesses a philosophical belief in AI-native development and proficiency in building LLM-based applications including RAG and prompt engineering.
• Demonstrates a strong product mindset with the ability to lead cross-disciplinary teams and a desire to create beautiful user experiences.
