Solutions Engineer (Onboarding Specialist) at AskVinny - AI-powered property operations platform

As the first Solutions Engineer at AskVinny, you will bridge the gap between enterprise customers and product. You'll own the onboarding lifecycle, building technical workflows and data migrations for property operators. This is a high-impact, founding-level role for a technical builder who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth startup environments.

• Own end-to-end enterprise onboarding, including data migrations, lightweight integrations, and building custom SQL reports or dashboards.
• Design and deploy sophisticated no-code workflows using tools like Zapier, Make, Airtable, and Retool to solve complex customer friction.
• Act as a technical bridge, translating enterprise customer needs into actionable product insights and repeatable onboarding playbooks.

• Proven technical proficiency in SQL, including complex joins, views, and data transformations to drive business outcomes.
• Hands-on experience building functional internal tools or customer solutions with no-code stacks and APIs in a startup environment.
• Exceptional communicator capable of navigating enterprise relationships and collaborating with engineering teams on prompt engineering and technical specifications.
