Sr Software Engineer - AI experiences at Thriveaihealth

As a Senior AI/ML Engineer at Thriveaihealth.com, you'll architect and build the multi-agent, voice-powered systems for our AI health coach. This zero-to-one builder's role involves LLM development, agent orchestration, evaluation, and deployment, owning the full arc from prototype to production. You'll solve complex problems, designing fast, safe, and personalized systems to help millions live better lives.

• Architect and implement multi-agent systems for reasoning, planning, and real-time health coaching using LangGraph, LangChain, and LangSmith.
• Build and ship generative AI features across chat and voice, integrating with speech SDKs to power dynamic health conversations.
• Own end-to-end pipelines for data ingestion, fine-tuning, evaluation, and production monitoring, ensuring robustness and scalability.

• 5+ years building and deploying ML/AI systems at scale, with deep Python and strong ML fundamentals (PyTorch, JAX, TensorFlow).
• Hands-on experience with LLM frameworks (LangGraph, LangChain, LangSmith, agent SDKs) and voice AI systems (ASR, TTS, audio UX).
• Background in agentic architectures (planning, memory, orchestration) and strong engineering instincts for distributed systems and scalable infrastructure.
