• Design and own the core agentic orchestration engine that coordinates dozens of specialized agents across complex financial lifecycles and human-in-the-loop workflows.
• Build advanced NLP and OCR pipelines to extract structured reasoning and data from messy financial paperwork, bank statements, and 200-page credit memos.
• Establish rigorous evaluation and alignment frameworks to ensure auditable AI decision trails, meeting the strict trust thresholds required by global financial institutions.

• Deep hands-on expertise shipping production-grade AI systems, specifically focusing on NLP, agentic architectures, or information extraction rather than just basic API integration.
• Strong research instinct and architectural judgment, capable of translating emerging techniques in hallucination detection and structured reasoning into reliable, scalable production code.
• Proven ability to operate with high ownership in a fast-paced environment, making consequential technical decisions while contributing as a high-impact individual programmer every day.
