- Conduct tactical research and talent mapping to identify and engage elite talent pools for internal and portfolio-wide roles.
- Build and nurture robust talent pipelines using advanced Boolean search, AI tools, and diverse recruitment channels.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, ensuring a best-in-class candidate experience through efficient coordination and clear communication.
