What you will do
- Build and maintain warm pipelines of 50-100 elite candidates for critical technical and commercial functions 3-6 months ahead of need.
- Design assessment frameworks and candidate experiences that reflect a contrarian, first-principles culture to predict zero-to-one fit.
- Execute the full candidate journey for 5-7 active searches simultaneously, embedding with engineering and GTM teams to understand nuanced requirements.
