You'll lead the transition to an AI-first operation, embedding intelligent automation into logistics, kitchen operations, and customer profiling while managing a distributed team and reporting directly to the CEO.

Responsibilities

What you will do

  • Lead the development of a proprietary full-stack platform using TypeScript, Next.js, Python, and FastAPI to manage subscriptions and kitchen operations.
  • Architect and deploy AI-first features including demand forecasting, dynamic menu optimization, and agentic workflows for customer retention.
  • Manage and mentor a distributed engineering team while remaining hands-on in the codebase to ship high-quality production code daily.

Candidate profile
