Technical Lead at Eat Ping - Fast-growing AI-first Food Tech startup

As the most senior technical hire, you will architect and build the proprietary platform driving a high-growth D2C meal subscription business. You'll lead the transition to an AI-first operation, embedding intelligent automation into logistics, kitchen operations, and customer profiling while managing a distributed team and reporting directly to the CEO.

• Lead the development of a proprietary full-stack platform using TypeScript, Next.js, Python, and FastAPI to manage subscriptions and kitchen operations.
• Architect and deploy AI-first features including demand forecasting, dynamic menu optimization, and agentic workflows for customer retention.
• Manage and mentor a distributed engineering team while remaining hands-on in the codebase to ship high-quality production code daily.

• Senior Full-Stack Engineer with 5-8 years of experience, ideally as a founding engineer or early hire in a high-tempo startup environment.
• Deep technical expertise across the full stack (TypeScript/Python) and a practical, builder-focused approach to implementing LLMs and automation.
• Commercially minded professional comfortable making pragmatic trade-offs to meet business deadlines and align engineering work with revenue goals.

• Exceptional traction with $3M ARR achieved in just 13 months while remaining bootstrapped and pushing toward cash-flow positivity.
• High-impact leadership path with a clear trajectory to Head of Engineering and eventually CTO as the company scales toward $10M ARR.
