UX Designer at YC-backed AI platform acquired by $1.25B unicorn

Join a hyper-growth team as the founding UX designer for an AI workforce platform. You will own the end-to-end design function, transitioning complex community management workflows into intuitive agentic experiences. Partnering directly with leadership, you'll establish design patterns and systems for a product currently seeing 100% year-over-year revenue growth.

• Own the full product design lifecycle, from user discovery and research to shipping high-fidelity, production-ready interfaces in Figma.
• Establish and scale a comprehensive design system and UX patterns that simplify complex AI agent workflows for non-technical users.
• Collaborate in a high-velocity, empowered team environment alongside Product and Engineering to embed design thinking early in the development cycle.

• 5+ years of experience designing digital products in fast-paced SaaS environments with a strong portfolio of scalable, user-centered solutions.
• Expert proficiency in Figma and a foundational understanding of front-end tech (HTML/CSS/React) to bridge the gap between design and code.
