What you will do
- Own technical delivery across hardware, firmware, and software layers while managing day-to-day operations for US and global engineering teams.
- Define and track engineering KPIs and architecture standards to bridge product vision with scalable production deployment.
- Travel to international sites monthly to lead and coordinate technical progress across a 24-hour development cycle.
