Responsibilities
What you will do
- Own the design and delivery of Greyhound's operating model, ensuring planning, decisions, and execution align with Fund IV ambitions and firm growth.
- Systematically redesign and automate core firm workflows, reducing manual steps and cycle times for high-value processes like investor onboarding and capital calls.
- Define and monitor operational KPIs, build dashboards for leadership, and enhance the firm's resilience by identifying and mitigating single points of failure.
