Blooming Surveys is building the AI report-writing platform for residential surveyors.
Surveyors spend hours writing detailed reports after every inspection. Blooming gives each surveyor their own AI, trained to write in their style, so they can begin with a high-quality, bespoke draft rather than a blank page or a generic template.
The product is live and customers are paying for it. They are completing reports in around 1 hour 20 minutes with Blooming, compared with roughly 3 hours 50 minutes using other approaches, and using that extra capacity to grow their businesses. We are supported by Innovate UK and RICS, and we believe there is a real opportunity to build the standout product and brand in a large, overlooked category.
We are still early, which is exactly what makes this an exciting time to join. The value is proven, but there is a huge amount left to figure out: how we reach more surveyors, build the brand they know and trust, and turn a strong product into a significant company.
