Jack & Jill · Most wanted, global edition
The world’s most
wanted startups
Most startup lists are somewhere between a vibe check and a sales targets list. This one is built on data.
Jack has talked to over 400,000 people about what they want next. These are the 100 startups they most want to work for.
Ranked by the number of different candidates who, in the last 90 days, saved one of a company’s roles or told Jack they’d like to work there. These are totals, not adjusted for how many roles each company has open.

How we ranked them
One measure, counted the same way for every company.
What counts as demand
The number of different candidates who, in the last 90 days, saved one of the company’s roles or told Jack they’d like to work there. Each candidate counts once per company, whichever way they showed interest. Mentions only count a candidate’s own messages to Jack that express interest in working at the company, such as wanting to join, targeting it in their search, applying or preparing for an interview. Saying they use a company’s product or tools doesn’t count.
Total demand, not per role
The ranking reflects total interest in each company. It isn’t adjusted for how many roles a company has open, so startups hiring for more roles have more chances to attract interest.
Every company is counted the same way
The ranking is based only on candidate interest. It doesn’t depend on whether a company hires with Jill.
Where the summaries come from
“How candidates see them” and “What draws candidates” are summarised from candidates’ conversations with Jack that mention each company, then anonymised. They describe what candidates find appealing. They aren’t endorsements from Jack & Jill.
