How Jack helps you get noticed
AI-written applications flooded every inbox and made it harder to get noticed. SuperApply uses AI to fix the thing it broke, starting with Application Simulator.
Know where you stand before you apply
Application Simulator shows what a recruiter’s filter systems look for and what the recruiter would see in your profile and documents. It tells you whether this is a likely match and what would close the gap, before you send anything.
Find out what holds your CV back
Jack flags the small things that keep you from getting noticed: formatting issues, low-contrast fonts, passively written bullet points and AI-tells. Fix them before a recruiter sees them.
Spend your time on jobs worth it
Where you stand tells you which roles deserve a real application. Effort on the few you care about makes you stand out from the AI spam.
You press Submit
Jack never sends anything for you. The last step is yours, so what goes out is something you’re proud of, and it still sounds like you.

FAQs
What does the Application Simulator check?
It simulates what a recruiter’s filter systems look for and what the recruiter would notice in your profile and documents. You see where you stand, whether the role is a likely match, and what to fix, without submitting anything.
Does Jack apply to jobs for me?
No. Jack tells you where you stand and what to fix, but pressing Submit stays with you. Handing that over means letting a third party decide how to represent you.
Isn’t the point of AI to remove this effort?
Mass AI applications are why nobody gets noticed any more. Spending a few extra minutes on an application you care about makes it stand out from the AI spam, so more of your applications turn into interviews. Fewer, better applications beat hundreds that sound like everyone else.
Is Jack really free?
Yes. We’re paid by companies, and only when you get hired. There’s no fee and no card to enter.
Does Jack work for companies?
No. Jack works for you. Jill works with companies. When they agree there’s a mutual fit, they introduce you. Jack has no incentive to push you toward the wrong role.
What does Jack need from me?
A conversation and your LinkedIn profile or CV. Jack asks about your experience, what you’re looking for and what matters to you next. It takes about ten minutes.
