What you will do
- Design and implement the core lending policy, scorecard models, and automated underwriting criteria for the MVP launch.
- Build end-to-end risk infrastructure, including automated data ingestion pipelines, daily KPI dashboards, and real-time monitoring systems.
- Establish FCA-compliant model governance, including validation schedules, drift detection, and audit-ready documentation for regulatory and investor review.

Who this is a fit for
- 5+ years of experience in consumer credit or fintech with proven responsibility for underwriting, portfolio analytics, or risk automation.
