Telemachus
Telemachus is a machine which clones and improves large chunks of the economy. It puts together small teams (of around 4 people), provides them with capital, deep expertise and all the necessary infrastructure to clone and improve inefficient businesses within a year. In order to align incentives, each team member is rewarded with ~£1m cash bonuses in event of success, albeit with generous cash comp in event of failure. In the event of failure, the team members will be reassigned to different projects.
As execution becomes easier and context becomes less scarce, large numbers of inefficient and poorly-run businesses which neither be targeted by PE or the sole focus of a VC-backed startup; Telemachus' goal is to be the new sort of company which does this.

- Rapidly test and iterate on creative strategies and audience targeting to maximize ROAS across multiple product categories.
- Pioneer new customer acquisition channels, including emerging LLM-based platforms like ChatGPT, to maintain a technological edge.
