As the Co-Founding Head of Data Centers, you will lead the commercial and operational launch of a high-impact infrastructure platform. You will secure multi-megawatt compute off-takers while overseeing the physical development of large-scale data center campuses. What you will do
- Lead the commercial strategy by identifying and closing hyperscale, AI cloud, and enterprise compute off-takers to ensure project bankability.
- Oversee the end-to-end development of data center campuses, from powered land structuring through shell construction and commissioning.
- Scale the entire data center organization from scratch, hiring core teams and shaping long-term platform strategy alongside the founder.
Who this is a fit for
- Proven track record of selling multi-megawatt capacity to major compute buyers and a deep network within the hyperscale or AI cloud ecosystem.
- Direct experience structuring and delivering physical data center capacity, with fluency in power purchase agreements (PPAs) and grid interconnection.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to build from zero, ideally with Spanish proficiency to navigate regional regulatory and landowner relationships.
