- Design and deploy production-scale models for LTV prediction, user acquisition optimization, and financial forecasting.
- Lead, hire, and mentor a growing data science team while establishing rigorous MLOps and architectural standards.
Who you are

- 6+ years of hands-on data science experience at scale, including leadership or management roles within Gaming or AdTech.
- Advanced expertise in Python, SQL, and deep learning frameworks like PyTorch or XGBoost, with a focus on production deployment.
