What you will do
- Design and evolve a production-grade multi-modal data platform that ingests and standardizes genomics, clinical records, and patient-reported outcomes.
- Hire, coach, and retain a high-performing engineering team across backend, platform, and bioinformatics, fostering a culture of ownership and delivery.
