- Architect and ship multi-step AI pipelines and custom agents using n8n and Claude to automate critical workflows in sales, compliance, and operations.
- Lead company-wide AI adoption by running internal training and office hours to ensure teams are getting measurable value from new automation tools.
- Audit existing business functions to identify high-leverage bottlenecks and build a technical roadmap for infrastructure like shared prompt libraries and custom skills.
Who you are

- Proven experience building and shipping autonomous workflows or AI agents in a fast-paced startup environment—moving from concept to production in days.
- Mastery of the modern automation stack, specifically n8n and Claude, including experience with Model Context Protocol and agent-to-agent interaction patterns.
