What you will do
- Collaborate weekly with the lead engineer to provide blunt, honest feedback on automated outreach and lead generation features.
- Pilot new software iterations within your actual recruitment workflow to demonstrate and measure client-winning effectiveness.
- Share an inside view of how recruitment deals actually close to help bridge the gap between technical automation and human sales logic.
