Moving beyond traditional CSM playbooks, you will own the end-to-end customer journey—from activation and programmatic adoption to technical troubleshooting—shaping the product roadmap alongside founders while leveraging AI agents to ship solutions faster than ever.

We have built Taylor - an AI teammate that builds and runs the systems for high-performing sales teams. Running a high-performing sales team is one of the hardest operational problems in business, and when the systems around the team can't keep up, the whole company feels it. Taylor steps into a sales team's workflows and runs the work that good teams need but rarely get done well: pre-meeting prep, call reviews, pipeline hygiene, post-call follow-ups, coaching, and the operational threads that hold a sales org together.

What you will do

  • Design and implement the entire customer lifecycle, focusing on programmatic engagement and high-growth SMB activation.
  • Build the analytics layer using SQL and product tools to track feature adoption and identify accounts at risk.
  • Directly influence the product by synthesizing customer signals and fixing simple technical issues using advanced AI software agents.

  • Proven track record in CX or CS at a B2B SaaS startup, specifically within a programmatic or PLG-assisted motion.
  • High technical fluency with an interest in investigating bugs and using AI-native tools like Cursor or Copilot to improve workflows.
  • A proactive, high-agency builder who prefers designing scalable systems over managing named accounts or one-to-one manual support.
